Title: VP of Marketing - Food/Pet Food Services (Manufacturing)
Location: Long Beach, CA
Salary: $165,000-$175,000/Year + Bonus and Benefits
Requirements: This candidate must have at least 10+ Years in a Marketing Leadership role with the ability to lead a team of designers, marketing and branding teams. Someone who is seasoned with Pet Foods, Food Services and has knowledge of CPG products will be considered. What You Will Be Doing
This role will lead the team to deliver the best customer experience.
This person will be responsible for: strategic development, execution, and optimization of the company's marketing initiatives. This executive role is responsible for overseeing the marketing department, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across multiple channels. The Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience will work closely with the executive leadership team to align marketing strategies with organizational goals, ensuring the brand resonates in the market and differentiates from competitors. This individual will be a visionary leader, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team while maintaining a sharp focus on measurable results and ROI. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrated marketing, digital transformation, and managing large-scale campaigns across diverse platforms.
