Position: Superintendent
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000

Position And Responsibilities Overview
Develop plans on how to approach each project.
Maintain and supervise CPMI.
Schedule daily and weekly SOWs.
Maintain and track all tools, materials, and equipment.
Monitor subcontractors and equipment suppliers and their quality of work.
Coordinate inspections and maintain relationships with inspectors.
Stay up to date on job cost and labor hour reports on a weekly basis.
Assist project managers with scheduling and resource/budget allocation.
Maintain required documentation on projects.
Train and mentor field personnel and participate in company-provided training.
Ensure accuracy of time cards before forwarding to corporate offices.
Closeout projects, including completion of punch list, final cleanup, demobilization, and other activities as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or similar combination of skills and knowledge.
5+ years of experience as a superintendent or similar management positions.
Knowledgeable in managing individuals, as well as giving broader direction.
Able to determine and outline project goals, and anticipate roadblocks and complexities.
Familiar with making authoritative decisions that have significant impact on the company and projects.
