Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the commercial roofing sector.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in the roofing services market.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with the roofing service team to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Provide expert advice to clients on roofing service options and features.
Analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies and service offerings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in service sales, preferably within the commercial roofing industry.
Strong understanding of roofing systems and services.

Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
