Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager - Commercial | Corporate Interiors will lead and oversee interior design projects from conception through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring that all projects meet client expectations, are delivered on time, and are within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and workplace interior design, with a proven track record of managing complex projects while collaborating effectively with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage corporate interior design projects from initial planning to project completion.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve any project issues or conflicts in a timely manner to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes, and standards relevant to corporate interiors.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial interiors sector.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of workplace interiors and corporate design principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
• AIA certification is a plus.
