Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounting processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role is crucial in supporting the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
Oversee fixed asset management and depreciation schedules.
Perform cost analysis and budgeting to support business objectives.
Record journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Proficient in full-cycle accounting, including AP and AR processes.
Experience with fixed assets and cost analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
