You will be responsible for testing infrared focal plane arrays, especially infrared avalanche photodiode arrays and focal plane arrays. We offer excellent growth opportunities, flexible time, and health benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline
Previous experience testing hardware/semiconductor products

Bonus skills:

Testing avalanche photodiodes, optoelectronic and optical devices
C#, C++, Matlab, JAVA
LabView, Matlab and others
Read and understand schematics
Laboratory and cleanroom practices

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and optical testing of in-process wafers, detectors, arrays, and focal plane array assemblies
Analyze test data to evaluate performance and identify trends, anomalies and/or failures
Develop and use novel measurement systems, test procedures, and software
Operate, troubleshoot, repair and maintain testing equipment
Work closely with senior technical staff to perform experiments and document experimental findings
Read, understand and follow schedules, follow written instructions and document results, including technical reports
