What You Will Be Doing
Supports the Learning and Development Team with a variety of daily duties that promote the culture and learning environment of the company. The eLearning Designer/Trainer is primarily focused on live training and systems training (NH systems training, running company-wide system live trainings and instructional design support for the team).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Work closely with product and tech support teams to provide technical writing documentation, eLearning support for product rollouts
- Delivers individual and group training on CC's proprietary ATS system and business process
- Evaluate modes of training delivery, such various virtual techniques to optimize training effectiveness
- Run instructor led virtual trainings for new hire programs
- Run instructor led company-wide trainings on systems and operational processes
- Work closely with Learning Coordinator to support onboarding of new hires
- Provide feedback and 1 on 1 support to new hires while in new hire program
- Manage, evaluate, and provide individualize coaching on New Hire training exercises
- Attend weekly meetings with the Product Manager on product updates and changes
- Manage all system training content in the LMS to ensure all learning objectives are current
- Design and develop engaging instructional videos
- Design and develop eLearning courses that support system learning
- Administer of LMS and other learning software
- Create and/or update SCORM content to deploy via Learning Management System (LMS)
- Manager relationship with LMS Vendor and keep team updates on new software features
- Optimize and improve learning software tools to better service the company
- Support Learning Coordinator in tracking and collecting data from LMS systems
- Support Learning Coordinator in managing compliance training and keeping records up to date
- Support L&D Manager and L&D Specialist on content design for new programs
- Provide instructional design support for recruiting managers team learning
- Provide instructional design support for training of operational teams
- Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials
- Evaluate training materials, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
- Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs
- Assists the Director of Talent Development with training initiatives
- Assist with various special projects.

What You Need for this Position
EDUCATION
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Organizational Development, Training, Management, or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE
- 4-8 years training experience, with an emphasis on technology or recruiting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Learning Management Systems, eLearning Development Software, Course Content Design experience preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Demonstrated proficiency using Office 365, Internet Explorer and Chrome required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, consulting, and project management skills required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence all levels of staff, including management and executives.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with various training functions.
- Working knowledge of on-line candidate tracking system/database preferred.
- Be teamwork oriented with demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with learning management systems such as Docebo, KNet, Maestro, Canvas, Moodle, etc.
- Excellent disposition, professionalism, positive mindset, work ethic, and time management skills
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with communication applications (MS Teams and Cisco Webex Meetings preferred)
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Training Certification, such as APTD, CPTD or Comptia CTT+
