Regional Sales Manager - Mexico
 

We are a top worldwide supplier of solutions for X-ray inspection, specifically the SMT/PCB/PCBA Industry. 

REMOTE - Mexico

First year on target earnings $150,000+ per year, (base salary, plus uncapped commission)


Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager for Mexico will drive sales growth and expand market share in the region, focusing on PCB and capital equipment. This role is vital for establishing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the PCB and capital equipment markets.
  • Identify and engage with new clients to expand the customer base in Mexico.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Mexican market.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the PCB or capital equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish.
