Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee product testing, process improvements, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role involves conducting audits, managing non-conforming materials, and leading root cause analysis for internal and external complaints. If you are passionate about quality assurance and process optimization, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our product development and operational efficiency.

 

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Conduct product testing and inspections to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Lead internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
• Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and quality management techniques.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience maintaining an ISO9001 certified quality system.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with product testing and internal auditing.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Advanced ability to use tools and lab equipment including but not limited to measuring devices including peel and release testers, sample lamination equipment, rub testers, and spectrophotometers.
