Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Professional Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and will be responsible for providing accurate survey data to support various projects. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct land surveys and prepare survey documents.
Utilize surveying equipment and technology to gather accurate data.
Analyze and interpret survey data to produce reports and maps.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project design and development.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior survey staff.
Maintain records and documentation of surveying activities.

Qualifications

Valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Colorado (CO PLS) required.
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying.
Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
