Established (45+ Years) Law Firm Seeking Litigation Attorney in Tucson, AZ or Phoenix, AZ
An established firm that specializes in Commercial Law, Real Estate, Employment Law, Administrative Law, International Law, Government Affairs, and Elections Law, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join their team in Tucson or Phoenix. This person would have experience in Business, Commercial, Real Estate, or Probate litigation.
Offer:
$140,000-$160,000 contingent on experience

Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in litigation such as Business, Commercial, Real Estate, or Probate disputes
Proven ability to manage cases from inception to resolution
Arizona Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of Business, Commercial, Real Estate, Probate, and other complex litigation matters
Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing motions
Representing clients in court, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals
Advising clients on litigation strategies, legal risks, and dispute resolution options
Handling disputes related to contracts, real estate transactions, probate matters, and business conflicts
Collaborating with senior attorneys and support staff on multifaceted cases
Maintaining client relationships and ensuring quality legal representation
