What You Will Be Doing
The Sourcing Specialist supports CyberCoders' corporate recruiting candidate flow. This involves utilizing online databases and resources to identify potential candidates, reaching out via e-mail to engage prospective candidates in the hiring process, and connecting interested and qualified candidates with corporate recruiters. The Sourcing Specialist will work on identifying and engaging best in class candidates for all open positions within CyberCoders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate regularly with corporate recruiters regarding requirements, skillsets, and candidate flow
- Create and build candidate pipelines
- Meet established submittal goals
- Keep all candidate information updated and accurate in ATS
- Other duties as assigned
What You Need for this Position
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years' customer service experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience required
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and build effective working relationships with candidates and team members required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing required
- Knowledge and ability to network and create connections on job boards, social media, and other recruiting outlets
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
- Ability to multitask in a faced paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven knowledge of MS Office products
