We are a specialty contractor based in Arizona. We have seen tremendous growth and now we're working on some really exciting and large projects, but we need some more hands on deck to make it happen. We're looking for skilled professionals to join our team. Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in Scaffolding, Insulation, and Coatings to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements and costs, providing accurate estimates for various construction projects, and ensuring that our company stays competitive in the bidding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze and compare bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.
• Maintain a database of historical costs and pricing for future reference.
• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials, particularly in scaffolding, insulation, and coatings.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
