EDI Systems Analyst

Location: Queens, NY - Onsite

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented EDI Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes within the logistics industry, ensuring seamless communication between our ERP systems and our trading partners.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document EDI requirements and specifications based on business needs.
Implement and maintain EDI standards and protocols to ensure data accuracy and security.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate EDI solutions with existing ERP systems.
Provide support and training to internal users and partners on EDI processes and issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions, addressing any errors or discrepancies promptly.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to current EDI processes and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in EDI within the logistics industry.
Proficiency in ERP systems and EDI standards and protocols.
Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Cargowise and Lognet is a plus.
