Position Overview
The Director of IT will oversee the technology strategy and implementation across the organization, ensuring that IT systems and infrastructure support the operational goals and objectives. This role will focus on optimizing IT performance in a manufacturing environment and integrating ERP systems, particularly Epicor, into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Manage IT operations, including infrastructure, network security, and data management.
Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, specifically Epicor, to enhance manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding data security and privacy.
Monitor IT performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
Manage the IT budget and oversee vendor relationships for software and hardware procurement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly Epicor.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing services, especially Azure.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
