We are a leading manufacturer of process gas compressors and we continue to grow. We are looking to add a dedicated Accounting Manager to our team. In this role you will oversee and ensure the timely and accurate processing and management of the AR/AP, General Ledger, Cash-flow, analyzing and projecting Cash-flow on a timely basis. The Accounting Manager creates the company budget and analyze the discrepancy between the budget and actual and make reports to the Head of Administration Department and top managers. This position has substantial discretion, autonomy and independence in the execution of his/her duties, decisions and/or responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervisor and effectively oversee Accounting personnel as the senior manager
-Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial
reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural
standards.
-Process and Management of the AR/AP and the General Ledger.
-Oversee cash-flow management and make plans to continuously improve cash-flow and
make recommendations, report to upper management.
-Lead company budget establishment activity every half year.
-Create and update revenue and profit forecast on a monthly basis.
-Analyze and report the discrepancy between the budget and actual monthly results.
-Internally share knowledge and experience gained through programs with other parts of
the business.
-Comply with and enforce internal Environmental, Health and Safety policies and
procedures.
-Human Resource management, tasks distribution, designation of goal, evaluation, and
problem solving related to staff in charge.
-Manage annual financial audit, intermediate audits by outside agencies
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
-Minimum 5 years' experience as an accounting leader, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
-Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, analyzing, and reporting.
-Excellent understanding of accounting principles (mainly USGAAP) and related regulations.
-Strong knowledge of job order costing and its accounting procedures.
-Good verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
-Ability to work in an international, dynamic, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems with strong skills in schedule management and organizational
tasks.
-Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with all levels of employees, customers, and suppliers.
-Sound ethics, strong business acumen and the ability to exercise strong judgment.
-Excellent external and internal interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Required to create effective reports for management.
-Apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or
approaches to problems.
