Job Title: Bookkeeper $35-50k
Location: Broomfield, CO (On-site, Full-Time)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our team in Broomfield, CO. This full-time, on-site role will involve handling daily accounting tasks, providing administrative support, managing financial records, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Manage basic financial transactions (accounts payable, general ledger)
Reconcile credit card statements and financial records
Assist with tax preparation and general financial processes
Administrative Support:
Provide support to leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Handle office operations, supplies, equipment, and facilities
Customer Service:
Interact professionally with vendors, clients, and internal teams
Address general inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Key Skills & Qualities:
Proficiency in bookkeeping tasks (accounts payable, payroll, reconciliation)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Adaptability to new responsibilities and changing priorities
Solid time management and attention to detail
Qualifications:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
2+ years of administrative or office management experience
Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and bookkeeping software (Quickbooks is a plus)
High school diploma required; degree or certification in business administration, bookkeeping, or related field preferred
